PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The ABBASOFT Technologies Project Management module creates and maintains work orders for any type of job that requires labor and materials usage records. With the ability to post labor and materials to work orders, and maintain user-defined codes for charges, activities, job status, and workers, Project Management offers complete work order processing capabilities. The Project Management/Work Order module interacts and sends and receives information to the Production Control, Job Cost/MRP, and Master Scheduling module.

  • Increase Productivity through Maximizing Labor.
  • Analyze Data for Manufacturing Standards Evaluation.
  • Detailed history is maintained for all material and labor transactions.

Project Management Features

Labor Posting is performed through a separate option that records postings as Time Tickets. Invoiced time tickets are flagged. Time Tickets can be reported to the terminal or printer, and sorted by:

  • Work Order Number
  • Person
  • Date Range
  • Customer
  • Status
Materials usage can be posted to work orders as well and include detail line for:
  • Part Number
  • Quantity Used
  • Usage Date
  • Person

Material posting tickets ran also be reported to the terminal or printer, just as Time Tickets are.

Actual time spent on a particular work order is calculated and displayed automatically based on labor time tickets entered against the work order.

Actual time can be viewed by displaying the work order.

Work Order Load Reports summarize work order requirements by customer, assignment, or status, and show overall work schedules according to start and stop dates as entered for each work order. Important details for each work order are also displayed.

Additional Features

    • Charges
