PROSPECT TRACKING

The ABBASOFT Technologies Prospect Tracking module manages both sales representatives and prospective customers with recording, reporting, and forecasting functions that capture, organize and report vital sales and prospect information. An important sales tool, the Prospect Tracking module follows suspects from direct mail solicitation and first call through to an established customer.

KEY BENEFITS

Sales Representative Master files define sales reps and establish their forecasted month-to-date and year-to-date sales figures. The actual sales figures are updated automatically through other ABBASOFT modules for:

  • Bookings
  • Sales
  • Returns
  • Commissions

This allows the Sales Representative Master file to serve as an inquiry option for individual sales personnel and management.


Prospect Tracking Features

Master files used to record classification codes for prospects facilitate the Prospect Maintenance function:
  • Source Codes
  • Priority Codes
  • Activity Codes

Prospect Maintenance allows entry of information, records, direct mail, analysis, demo, proposal and estimated closing date for each prospect. Internal comment lines are also provided for descriptions of prospects or other prospect information. Hours spent, miles traveled, and entertainment dollars to date are displayed automatically as comments and expenses for prospects are entered.

Comments and expenses associated with a particular prospect are entered for each meeting with a prospect and include:
  • Automatic Call Reference #
  • Entry of Hours, Miles, Dollars, and To-Date
  • Comments by Call with Update
  • Last/Next Call Date

Activity and Priority Codes entered tell the status of a prospect as their interest fluctuates.

Extensive reporting functions provide detailed listings for prospect and sales personnel. Next Call Date reports compile prospect listings for sales calls due. Prospect Call History reports show the call history of a particular prospect or all prospects.
