detail entry. Estimated bills of
material can be created or copied
from an existing estimated Bill
of Material for the non-stock
part. Estimated Routers are also
included as part of the
estimating process for non-stock
parts and can also be created or
copied from existing estimated
routers. Product cost mark-up for
the estimating is added and the
resulting cost is automatically
made available to the user during
quote entry.

can be converted to sales orders
for any customer or line item
regardless of the original
contact or customer entry.
Duplicate quotes can be created
through a single option and then
modified for the contact or
customer as desired. Prospect
Master Files, in addition to
storing required information,
records analysis, demo, proposal,
and estimated closing date for
each contact. Internal comment
lines are also provided for
descriptions of contacts and
other information. Hours spent,
miles traveled, and entertainment
dollars to date are displayed
automatically as comments and
expenses for contacts are entered
(through the Contact Management
module).
