REQUISITION TRACKING
The ABBASOFT Technologies Requisition Tracking module provides detailed requisition order functions that generate requests for bids from up to three different vendors, transfers requisitions to purchase orders, and transfers requisitions to quotes. The Requisition Module is used in conjunction with the Purchase Order and Quote Tracking modules. Complete historical data is maintained and Requisition Price List and requisition Spreadsheet provide valuable on-line information for requisition decision making.

Requisition Tracking Features

Inventory tags, once issued, are recorded in the system for each part receiving a tag. Tags returned due to part activity (sales, damage, work-in-process, etc.) are also recorded. When physical inventory is taken, variances between tags issued and those returned are reported through the system.

Detailed item specification includes part types, scrap percentage, lot or serial tracking, obsolete parts, bins, receiving inspection, and product categories.

Counted tags verifying physical inventory can be used to update the part master file quantities automatically. Posting other computer processes that check inventory levels to proceed regardless of physical inventory levels.

Overall, the Physical Inventory module provides for comprehensive maintenance and management of inventory intensive operations.
