Tooling Control Master
Maintenance option is used to
enter description and cost
information for each part.
Provision is made for entering
primary and substitute suppliers
if necessary. In
addition, the part record will
store fixed data regarding other
important information including
quantities on-hand and required,
purchasing data, and usage
figures.
The
Product Category must be defined
before entering Part Maintenance.

The
Tool Work Order Entry option
allows the user to enter or make
changes to a work order,
including estimated, actual, and
variances in Labor, Material, and
Outside costs.
- The
Tooling report option
allows the user to obtain
a listing of all the tool
part items.
- The
Tooling Work Order report
option allows the user to
obtain a listing of work
orders for tooling parts.
