On your web site there will be a location for your company’s Recent Press Releases, News, or Current Events.  Press Releases may be accessed by the web site visitor from the main Press Release page.  With the use of the Press Release Database, you will have the ability to view or modify the title, filename, notes, origination date, status, position, and author of each of your current press releases on the web.  This feature allows you to easily rotate press releases, images, sounds, colors, etc. associated with each with out having to pay for costly programming each time you make a change.

Guest Book Entry/Tracking
The Customer Log in and Guest Book screen work as both prospect tracking and security for your web site.  The WebPartner Shopping Cart, Order Follow Up, Vendor, and Rep Modules all require a personal identification number to be entered.  This keeps all information user specific so no one else may view or have access to this information.  The guest book contents will be downloaded daily into an Excel file so that you can see what new prospects you have each day.

List of your company's employment opportunities
Opportunities can be posted by your Human Resource administrator or deleted as positions become filled.  If all positions are currently filled, a message stating this may be displayed.  Also included are hot links to the main Human Resource or Department Head E-Mail address (for ease in E-Mailing resumes).
