Overview
This procedure describes how to access your Internet Web Statistics. The statistics are run weekly on Sunday & cover the previous week (Sunday 12:00am to Saturday 11:59pm).
You will have access to the last weeks statistics and 5 weeks back. There is a glossary of terms used in these reports located at the bottom of each page.
Procedure
Connecting to Site
First connect to the Internet through your ISP
Open up a Browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer…)
Enter the following address http://www.abbasoft.net
The system will ask you for a User ID and Password (This is the same as your FTP ID and Password)
If you do not know your User ID please contact ABBASOFT Technical Support
Viewing Statistics
- Once connected you will see the ABBASOFT Technologies Page with a Black Sidebar (There is an intermediate page that says Connecting to ABBASOFT Technologies…)
- Click on Customer Information and then Web Statistics
- You will then be taken to your specific Statistics Screen.
- Once you click on the week you would like to view it opens up a new window where you can view the statistics.
- To view another week you can close out the Report window to go back to the page with the week selection.
Printing Statistics
Since this site uses frames (Table of contents frame and the Actual Report Frame) you will need to do the following to be sure that the correct frame is printed.
- Click on a non-linked area (I.E. Whitespace) of the frame you would like to print.
- Go to the File menu and select Print Frame
