This procedure will show you how to check your E-mail Client settings to verify that you are removing your e-mail messages from the mail server. To use this procedure you must already have your e-mail client set-up.
It is recommended that you first check but do not change the settings on your e-mail client. If they are set up to leave the messages on the server, do not change that setting until you have gone to the browser and cleared your e-mail box. If you do not do this you could receive EVERY e-mail still on the server again the first time after you have changed the setup.
Forwarding E-mail:

- You do not need to select to remove e-mail from server on all the Clients just one of them.
As an example if you want all your e-mail to go to your work computer but only check your e-mail from home occasionally. On your Home PC you would not remove e-mail from Server but you would do it on your Work PC
