Added the capability to prompt users with conditional statements during the creation of EZ Reports. To set up the conditional statements (either AND or WITH) go to EZ Report Query Maintenance (EZ #9). Setup the question to ask and the default answer and the file to verify answer against. Now to use this new feature go to EZ Report (EZ #78) and create the report per normal except in the Criteria field (<queryid>) enter the id of the record created in EZ #9. For additional information regarding this new option, ask your Project Manager or contact Technical Support and they will send you a detailed instruction sheet on how to utilize this new feature.
2. BM 40 Increased the functionality of the Mass Delete/ Replace Kit (BM #40) by including an 'Effective Date' select option. Result allows the user to delete a Sub-Component by a selected Effective Date. Now If you select to 'Delete' a sub-component, you will be prompted to enter in either the Effective Date or you may leave this field blank to select all dates.
3. OE 77 Added option to the Sales Order Backlog Report (OE #77) to sort by Warehouse, by Due Date, by Customer Name when selecting the summary report option. Now when you select to Suppress the Detail, when the Sort Options display, enter in "W" to sort by Warehouse.

Created a new Sales Analysis Inquiry and Report for Product Category, Year, and Warehouse. To set-up Inquiry, go to Product Category Sales History (SAD #10) and enter in the Product Category, Warehouse, and 2 digit fiscal year. To run the report, go the Category Sales Summary History report (SAD #98) and enter in the selection criteria. Note: If you want all Warehouses enter in All. You will need to conduct a Sales Analysis Rebuild in order to utilize this option. Contact technical support for detailed instructions.
5. PO 30 Created a new PO Approval Process for NetPartner. Result only allows the user to print or fax a PO that has already been approved by management. After the PO has been approved, when user prints or faxes a PO the 'approved by' name will also print automatically in the space above the approved by signature. This new option requires a flag change as well as some instruction regarding the new approval process. Please contact technical support for detailed instructions on how to do this.

Added the capability to sort 'By Location' to a number of Physical Inventory Reports. Now when running Physical Tags Counted (PI #70), Physical Tags Posted to Inventory (PI #71), Physical Tags Counted Not Posted to Inventory (PI #73), and Physical Tags Exception Report (PI #74), you will now be able to sort by BIN Location.
7. NET   Added default Management Reports to all modules within NetPartner. Result allows management as well as everyone else within the department to view key reports 'at a glance'. Now all users can be 'on the same page' regarding key departmental performance statistics every second of the day. Please ask your Project Manager, or contact the ABBASOFT Sales department for further details regarding NetPartner.
8. BOL   Added the capability to print B&K components on the Bill of Lading. System will now prompt the user and if 'Y' is enterd then the component parts for B&K items will also print (similar as in the Packslip print process).
9. OE 30 Modified Order Entry (OE #30) to allow the user to enter in the unit price for J-Type parts on the Estimated Bill of Material. Now during Order Entry process for J-Type Parts user will be able to go directly to the Estimated Bill of Material for that part and enter in the Unit Price for each component. That price will then be carried over to the line item. Before you may utilize this feature you will need to go to the Bill of Material Flags (UTF #63) and set two flags (Prompts #3 & #134) to "Y".

Modified the Purchase Order Backlog Report to sort and print by Sales Order/ Job Number. To utilize this new option select 'L' at the sort option prompt. This will then sort and break by the Sales Order Number entered in the Purchase Order Detail screen. To see the Sales Order/ Job Number on PO Receipts you must first set a company flag. On Purchase Order Flags (UTF #61), Answer 'Y' at Prompt #105. Now during Purchase Order Receipts this number will display next to the Part Description for each line.
11. AR 72 Added a new sort option to the Ship-To Listing which allows the the user to sort by Thomas Bros. Map Code. Now when requesting a Ship-To Listing user has the option to sort by Customer Number, Customer Name, Zip Code, and now Map Code. To sort by Map Code, use sort option 'M'.
